Environmental studies

I get a kick out of people who must have environmental studies done before anything is built in NYC. I can understand if it's for public safety but most of these shits use it as an excuse to block all development. (except low income housing, but that's another post)
This is a dynamic ever changing city as a world capital city should be. Can you imagine if people from 300 years ago had to do an environmental study before they built anything? This city would have never made it past Wall street.
My favorite douche holes are the ones who live in Manhattan but complain when a skyscraper is built. "Ooh! my sun is going to be blocked!" Hey dicklick, here's a clue, if you want fucking sunshine in NYC move to fucking Staten Island.
I don't get it. I must have too much common sense to figure what must go through the sieve of shit that these environmental asshole wackos call a mind.
